How To Buy

Initial Meeting

When you first visit our showroom, you can walk around and browse our various wardrobes we have on display – from shaker doors to sliding doors. We have a whole room of sample doors where you can touch and feel each collection we have on offer and look at the different colours available in each range. We also encourage you to bring dimensions and images of your desired installation space with you, so we can provide you with an estimate soon after the first appointment. We will also let you know what our current lead times are during your showroom visit.

Quotation & Deposit

After you have agreed to the drawing and estimate we have sent you, you will then be issued a full quotation, and you will be asked to pay a 30% deposit on your order so that production can begin. 

In Production

After your deposit has been paid, we will create full technical drawings of your furniture and create a final production drawing which you will need to sign off on to approve your storage layout choices, colourways and measurements. Once signed, your furniture will be cut out and put into production in our factory! Once factory production takes place we will inform you of your installation date. Upon manufacture completion we will ask for 60% of the balance due on your invoice to be paid

Delivery & Installation

Once your furniture is completed and assembled in our factory, we will call or email you to remind you of your delivery and installation date.

Your assigned fitter will install your furniture and work to our Tidy Installation Promise. After your installation is complete we will ask you to pay the remaining 10% due on your invoice. Once you have done this, we will send you confirmation of payment and provide you with your warranty documents.
