How To Buy

Initial Meeting

At this stage, you’ll need to find a retailer/fitter as we only sell to retail or trade to ensure your furniture is installed to the highest standard. If you don’t know anyone – don’t worry! We have a few select partners who have worked with us in the past that we can put you in touch with.
They will take measurements of the room where your furniture will be installed and come to us with your desired design, accessories and your dimensions, so we can provide the fitter with a quote for purchasing.

Deposit

You will need to pay a deposit agreed between you and your retailer/fitter before the order is finalised. At this stage, you will be able to inform them of any amendments you would like to make, so they can make the relevant changes to your estimate.

Placing Your Order

When everything has been finalised, and your fitter/retailer is happy to place your order, we will start putting your furniture into production.
They will carry out a full survey of the room(s) where your furniture is being installed and come back to us with the accurate measurements.

Delivery & Installation

Once your furniture is ready to install, we will deliver it to your retailer/fitter, so they can complete the installation.

After installation, our after-sales team will forward your warranty documents to your retailer/fitter.
